Welcome to FamilyTube ("the App" or "we"). We understand how important privacy is to you and your children. The App is committed to providing a safe, distraction-free, and 100% parent-controlled viewing environment.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

To provide core parental control and playlist features, we only collect the most basic and necessary information. We categorize this information into "Parent Information" and "Child Information":

A. Parent Information When you register or log in to a parent account, we collect the following through third-party authentication services (Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In):

• Email Address and Basic Account Information: Used solely to create your parent management account, sync your playlists across devices, and manage your subscription status.
• Custom Playlist Data: The video links, playlist names, and category settings you save within the App.

B. Child Information (We do NOT collect children's personal data) The App will never collect, request, or entice children to provide any Personally Identifiable Information (PII, such as real name, address, phone number, exact geolocation, etc.). When creating a child's dedicated viewing profile, we only store:

• Child's Nickname and Avatar: These are entered and selected by the "parent" and are only used to distinguish different viewing profiles within the App. We strongly recommend parents use nicknames rather than the child's real full name.
• Watch History: Used solely to let parents know which authorized videos the child has watched. This data is securely stored on our protected servers and your device.

2. Special Statement on Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The App strictly complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple App Store guidelines for the Kids category:

• The "Child Mode" in the App contains no social sharing features, no tracking advertisements, and no mechanisms that allow children to link to external websites.
• All settings changes, subscription purchases, video additions, and account management actions must be unlocked via a dedicated "Parent PIN code."

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the FamilyTube service experience.
• To synchronize the whitelists and playlists created by parents across different devices.
• To verify user subscription status and handle related customer service requests.
